Erasmo Eriz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in LOBO's zone, Erasmo Eriz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ezequiel Fidele came out of the goal and Erasmo Eriz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Cipriano Pabla charged in rather forcefully in the 20th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Cipriano Pabla the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Tiburcio Sanduru showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cipriano Pabla in the 26th minute of the match. After 28 minutes of play, LOBO's Gaston Gartxot made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Tiburcio Sanduru was left in no man's land by his defense there! Tiburcio Sanduru was out of position in the 31 minute of play, and Elvio Gines capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Elvio Gines really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0. 34 minutes into the game, Teofilo Galsino was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. LOBO's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Tocol the free kick. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 34th minute of the game. One of LOBO:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Tocol:s goal. LOBO's Ezequiel Fidele played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Erasmo Eriz in the 44th minute of play.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Cipriano Pabla made a kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gaston Gartxot in the 52nd minute of play forced Tocol's goalkeeper Tiburcio Sanduru to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Justino Panfilo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Elvio Gines in the 60th minute of play forced Tocol's goalkeeper Tiburcio Sanduru to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ramiro Ceandro kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. LOBO's Marcos Odon got a good chance for a goal in the 62nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Tiburcio Sanduru made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cipriano Pabla in the 64th minute of play. Erasmo Eriz received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Ezequiel Fidele came out and tried to block the shot, but Erasmo Eriz slotted it home off the left post making it 2-2 in the 68th minute. 72 minutes into the match, Tocol's goal looked a bit too open when Gaston Gartxot came free, but Tiburcio Sanduru reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tiburcio Sanduru showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cipriano Pabla in the 73rd minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Tocol's Timoteo Orkatz got a free kick in the 75th minute. When the referee blew the final whistle jeers and boos were heard from the home team's supporters. They were angered to see LOBO lose a match they had controlled from the kick-off.
