An unexpectedly hard shot by Cornelio Iratxo in the 8th minute of play forced Bonpland's goalkeeper Casimiro Tirso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bonpland's Casimiro Tirso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anselmo Luzaide in the 9th minute of play. After 13 minutes, Anselmo Luzaide made it 0-2 with a short kick to the right side. Bonpland's Casimiro Tirso tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Cornelio Iratxo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 16th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Casimiro Tirso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anselmo Luzaide in the 25th minute of play. In the 29th minute Amador Toli shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Teodoro Domiku saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Teodoro Domiku showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Domingos Hori, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. After a rather tough play, Bonpland's Samuel Lluis got a free kick in the 33rd minute. Anselmo Luzaide fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Casimiro Tirso having to interfere. Paulo Bernad in the 39thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Teodoro Domiku, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Domingos Hori fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Teodoro Domiku having to interfere. Domingos Hori blasted a shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Teodoro Domiku having to make a save. Teodoro Domiku made a fantastic save in the 45th minute, when Paulo Bernad sent off a good shot on target. A collision led to River Plate F.C getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Christian Ciano hit a great ball. The Bonpland players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. River Plate F.C were winning 0-3.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Domingos Hori was the one to do the kick off. Teodoro Domiku made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Domingos Hori in the 53rd minute of play. Teodoro Domiku took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Paulo Bernad, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Casimiro Tirso stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Cornelio Iratxo's shot from short distance in the 60th minute. 62 minutes into the match, River Plate F.C's Anselmo Luzaide sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Casimiro Tirso narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 64 minutes of play, River Plate F.C's Anselmo Luzaide made it 0-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Casimiro Tirso was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 73 minutes, Froilan Eskuin mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the River Plate F.C and the Bonpland players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Bonpland booed when River Plate F.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. Froilan Eskuin didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to River Plate F.C getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Luis Perutxo hit a great ball. When Domingos Hori came up free with the goalie in the 83rd minute, the Bonpland fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Domingos Hori couldn't finish the play. In the 90th minute Domingos Hori shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Teodoro Domiku saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the Bonpland defense, Anselmo Luzaide kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Casimiro Tirso. The Bonpland fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Casimiro Tirso should have stopped the shot. River Plate F.C's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
