Guillermo Arce was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Pablo Montay kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. When Juan Beturian fell near the penalty area in the 13th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Chiriguanos's protests and gave Juan Beturian a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of La Banda de Río 4to booed when Chiriguanos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Juan Beturian didn't get a good kick on the ball. Pablo Montay's late challenge caught a Chiriguanos's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Pablo Montay helped the player get up and apologised. In the 15th match minute, La Banda de Río 4to was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pablo Montay to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jacobo Ipar in the 16th minute of play forced La Banda de Río 4to's goalkeeper Guillermo Arce to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 18th minute the ball was on its way in behind Chiriguanos's goalkeeper Israel Daunte, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Ciriaco Mantzio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Israel Daunte tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ciriaco Mantzio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Israel Daunte having to interfere. Guillermo Arce came out of the goal in the 37th minute to try and stop a shot by Chiriguanos's Juan Beturian. But to his dismay, Juan Beturian quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. Guillermo Arce didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Armando Mannuel went, in the 40th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-4 was the resulting score. Disappointed in the 0-4 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Armando Mannuel stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Ciriaco Mantzio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jacobo Ipar who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 58thth minute tested the skills of Guillermo Arce when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Pedro Dominguez hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. The supporters of Chiriguanos booed when La Banda de Río 4to was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Carolo Quin didn't get a good kick on the ball. The score was now 0-5. Ciriaco Mantzio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 82ndth minute of the game Ciriaco Mantzio who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Chiriguanos's Israel Daunte was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 86th minute, Pablo Montay got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Guillermo Arce made a fantastic save in the 91st minute, when Jacobo Ipar sent off a good shot on target. If Ciriaco Mantzio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 96 minutes into the match, Chiriguanos's goal looked a bit too open when Higinio Txartiko came free, but Israel Daunte reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Chiriguanos eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
