Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Raimundo Oro started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Casimiro Tirso made an important save on a dangerous shot by Alvaro Ixona in the 4th minute. Bonpland's Casimiro Tirso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Raimundo Oro in the 6th minute of play. Lucio Fresco took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Paulo Bernad, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Domingos Hori fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lucio Fresco having to interfere. In the 14th minute, Domingos Hori got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 21 minutes, Amador Toli mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Bonpland and the Tomasso FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 21st match minute, Bonpland was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Amador Toli to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Bonpland's zone, Alvaro Ixona stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Casimiro Tirso came out of the goal and Alvaro Ixona tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 28 minutes into the match, Tomasso FC's goal looked a bit too open when Paulo Bernad came free, but Lucio Fresco reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 35th minute Raimundo Oro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Casimiro Tirso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lucio Fresco showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Paulo Bernad, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. Raimundo Oro struck a weak shot in the 41st minute. Casimiro Tirso didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Tomasso FC. If Alvaro Ixona had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 45 minutes of play, Tomasso FC's Alvaro Ixona made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Casimiro Tirso was left in no man's land by his defense there! No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Domingos Hori made the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, Domingos Hori reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Lucio Fresco. The goal made the score 2-1. Lucio Fresco made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Domingos Hori in the 61st minute of play. Tomasso FC's Lucio Fresco proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 63rd minute of the match, managed to save Tomasso FC from getting a goal against them. Lucio Fresco showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Domingos Hori in the 65th minute of the match. After 67 played minutes Bonpland got a freekick which was hit by Amador Toli. In the 71stth minute of the game Raimundo Oro who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Bonpland's Casimiro Tirso was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Tomasso FC's Lucio Fresco played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Domingos Hori in the 75th minute of play. When Vinicio Birila fell near the penalty area in the 80th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Bonpland's protests and gave Vinicio Birila a yellow card for diving instead. Domingos Hori received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Lucio Fresco tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Raimundo Oro took the ball and in the 88 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Casimiro Tirso. Casimiro Tirso dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-1. The crowd rose to their feet as Bonpland's Domingos Hori slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Lucio Fresco. That made the score 4-2 after 93 minutes of play. Bonpland's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because Tomasso FC had won, even though Bonpland had held more of the ball.
