After 6 minutes of play, LEXA FC's Ildefonso Bastiaro made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Rodolfo Ekaitz was left in no man's land by his defense there! Pedro Truylos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 12 minutes into the game, Ildefonso Bastiaro cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Rodolfo Ekaitz was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Ildefonso Bastiaro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Rodolfo Ekaitz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Rodolfo Ekaitz stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Fabricio Marin's shot from short distance in the 16th minute. In the 17th minute, LEXA FC's Isidoro Walme seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Isidoro Walme the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of LEXA FC protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Isidoro Walme had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. Britton Schutt made a fantastic save in the 21st minute, when Pedro Truylos sent off a good shot on target. Casimiro Erauso took the ball and in the 24 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Rodolfo Ekaitz. Rodolfo Ekaitz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-4. 28 minutes into the match, Real Mollejas's goal looked a bit too open when Casimiro Erauso came free, but Rodolfo Ekaitz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 29 minutes into the match, Samuel Venceslao had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Rodolfo Ekaitz. Real Mollejas's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Samuel Venceslao was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-5. In the 38th minute the ball was on its way in behind Real Mollejas's goalkeeper Rodolfo Ekaitz, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 44 minutes into the match, LEXA FC's goalkeeper Britton Schutt had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Donato Ovando. Britton Schutt didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Donato Ovando went, in the 46th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-5 was the resulting score. Disappointed in the 1-5 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Luciano Lorencio to make the kick off. Casimiro Erauso's late challenge caught a Real Mollejas's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Casimiro Erauso helped the player get up and apologised. After 53 played minutes LEXA FC got a freekick which was hit by Casimiro Erauso. In the 55th minute Luciano Lorencio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Britton Schutt saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rodolfo Ekaitz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Samuel Venceslao in the 60th minute of play. Samuel Venceslao fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rodolfo Ekaitz having to interfere. 67 minutes into the match, Real Mollejas's goalkeeper Rodolfo Ekaitz had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Casimiro Erauso. If Ildefonso Bastiaro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Samuel Venceslao came up free with the goalie in the 74th minute, the LEXA FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Samuel Venceslao couldn't finish the play. In the 83rd of the match, Samuel Venceslao tried to place the ball in the upper right corner, but Rodolfo Ekaitz got in the way and made a wonderful save. In the 88th minute, Ildefonso Bastiaro reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Rodolfo Ekaitz. The goal made the score 1-6. Samuel Venceslao received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Rodolfo Ekaitz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The LEXA FC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing LEXA FC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
