Sergio Guillelmo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 26th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some careless play in the Deportivo Chilecito defense, Sergio Guillelmo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Marian Antoszewski. The Deportivo Chilecito fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Marian Antoszewski should have stopped the shot. With his leg Marian Antoszewski managed to avoid a goal in the 31stth minute, when Haedojrs's Sergio Guillelmo fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ahmet Çağrı Rodriguez in the 36th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Anibal Quin prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Deportivo Chilecito's defense didn't have a chance, in the 39th minute, when Maximiliano Pagomari scored to the left of an out of position Marian Antoszewski, making the score, 2-2. Deportivo Chilecito's Marian Antoszewski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sergio Guillelmo in the 43rd minute of play. In the 44th minute Ahmet Çağrı Rodriguez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Anibal Quin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Anibal Quin stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ahmet Çağrı Rodriguez's shot from short distance in the 47th minute. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

After a rather tough play, Deportivo Chilecito's Bartolo Dacio got a free kick in the 55th minute. Ahmet Çağrı Rodriguezs short, quick shot in the 64thth minute got Anibal Quin to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Maximiliano Pagomari received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Marian Antoszewski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ahmet Çağrı Rodriguez kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. With a little luck, Haedojrs's Anibal Quin got control of the ball when Ahmet Çağrı Rodriguez tried to sneak it across the goal line. The supporters of Deportivo Chilecito booed when Haedojrs was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jorge Ted didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 83rd minute, Sergio Guillelmo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Marian Antoszewski was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-4. The crowd rose to their feet as Celedonio Guillem kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Anibal Quin. That made the score 3-5 in the 86 minute of play. Celedonio Guillem received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Anibal Quin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
