Spectators: 7216 (Terracing: 5523, Seating: 1693, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Abelardo Orlanda kicked off to start the match. López's Benedicto Erramun proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 6th minute of the match, managed to save López from getting a goal against them. López's Benedicto Erramun played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rogelio Belasko in the 10th minute of play. Rogelio Belasko received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Benedicto Erramun came out and tried to block the shot, but Rogelio Belasko slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 10th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Rogelio Belasko kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Benedicto Erramun. That made the score 2-0 in the 13 minute of play. After 16 played minutes López got a freekick which was hit by Benito Gutxi. Abelardo Orlanda hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Fabio Socorro got free with Benedicto Erramun in the 21st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Rogelio Belasko recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 23rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some careless play in the López defense, Fabio Socorro kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Benedicto Erramun. The López fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Benedicto Erramun should have stopped the shot. Santo Olentzaro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Abelardo Orlanda, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. After taking down the ball on López's corner Tobias Bibiano fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Santo Olentzaro quite easily take care of the ball. Rogelio Belasko fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Benedicto Erramun having to interfere. In the 39th play minute Fabio Socorro came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Benedicto Erramun. 4-0. Ubaldo Estevon struck a weak shot in the 42nd minute. Benedicto Erramun didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Racing Clib. López's Benedicto Erramun played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rogelio Belasko in the 47th minute of play.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Fabio Socorro to make the kick off. Fabio Socorro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Racing Clib's zone, Adolfo Idacio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Santo Olentzaro came out of the goal and Adolfo Idacio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. López's Benedicto Erramun played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rogelio Belasko in the 58th minute of play. Abelardo Orlanda could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 60th minute of the match, but Santo Olentzaro made a huge save. Benedicto Erramun showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rogelio Belasko, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. In the 66th minute Fabio Socorro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benedicto Erramun saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Primitivo Gartxot charged in rather forcefully in the 74th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Primitivo Gartxot the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Primitivo Gartxot hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. After having played for 78 minutes, Adolfo Idacio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. López's supporters crossed their fingers, but Adolfo Idacio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The supporters of López booed when Racing Clib was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Primitivo Gartxot didn't get a good kick on the ball. 88 minutes into the game, Racing Clib's Rogelio Belasko nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Benedicto Erramun made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 7-0. Racing Clib's Baltasar Endura was substituted for Rogelio Belasko. Benedicto Erramun stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Fabio Socorro's shot from short distance in the 93rd minute. Racing Clib's Primitivo Gartxot got a good chance for a goal in the 94th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Benedicto Erramun took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fabio Socorro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
