Bonifacio Medardo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 6 minutes of play, Sansinena FC's Salvador Quilo made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Bonifacio Medardo was left in no man's land by his defense there! Salvador Quilo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bonifacio Medardo having to interfere. After 13 played minutes Sansinena FC got a freekick which was hit by Juan Horado. Eriberto Cayo charged in rather forcefully in the 15th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Eriberto Cayo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a defensive mix-up in Las Garrapatas FC's zone, Salvador Quilo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bonifacio Medardo came out of the goal and Salvador Quilo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Antonio Pio during the 28th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mario Santos in the 31st minute of play forced Las Garrapatas FC's goalkeeper Bonifacio Medardo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 35 minutes into the match, Sansinena FC's Juan Horado sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Bonifacio Medardo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mario Santos in the 45th minute of play forced Las Garrapatas FC's goalkeeper Bonifacio Medardo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Felix Jago didn't get a good kick on the ball. 71 minutes into the match, Las Garrapatas FC's goalkeeper Bonifacio Medardo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Salvador Quilo. If Salvador Quilo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Las Garrapatas FC getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Antonio Pio hit a great ball. Sansinena FC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
