Marcos Gipuzkoa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 21 minutes, Isidoro Oihenarte managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Larrea FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Isidoro Oihenarte was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After having played for 26 minutes, Abelardo Maraman managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. In the 41st minute Isidoro Oihenarte shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcos Gipuzkoa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Abelardo Maraman came up free with the goalie in the 44th minute, the Guerra en el campo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Abelardo Maraman couldn't finish the play. Larrea FC's Braulio Florin proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 47th minute of the match, managed to save Larrea FC from getting a goal against them. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Abelardo Maraman made the kick off in the second half. Abelardo Maraman recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 52nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Braulio Florin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Prudencio Nastasio in the 55th minute of the match. Braulio Florin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ismael Dolfos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 59 minutes into the match, Larrea FC's goal looked a bit too open when Prudencio Nastasio came free, but Braulio Florin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Larrea FC booed when Guerra en el campo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Celestino Belmiro didn't get a good kick on the ball. Braulio Florin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Abelardo Maraman, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. The corner led Guerra en el campo's Saturnino Egoitz to fire away a dangerous shot which Braulio Florin despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. In the 81st minute, Isidoro Oihenarte got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 84 minutes into the match, Guerra en el campo's goal looked a bit too open when Samuel Dolfo came free, but Marcos Gipuzkoa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Prudencio Nastasio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Braulio Florin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Abelardo Maraman in the 86th minute of play. 93 minutes into the match, Larrea FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ismael Dolfos came free, but Braulio Florin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The excitement rose when Guerra en el campo's Prudencio Nastasio after 95 played minutes turned away three defenders near the goal, and after that shot a ball that was too difficult for Larrea FC's goalkeeper to hold. Score! 3-1. Guerra en el campo's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
