If Leo Sidro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 3rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 8 minutes into the match, Detroit Lions's goal looked a bit too open when Harry Kane came free, but Nemesio Acevedo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 9th minute, Leo Sidro ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Nemesio Acevedo was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. After a defensive mix-up in C.A. Pachorra Sports's zone, Fabian Veremundo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Juan Reno came out of the goal and Fabian Veremundo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 26 played minutes C.A. Pachorra Sports got a freekick which was hit by Felipe Arce. Nemesio Acevedo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Harry Kane, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 28th minute, Marcos Belmiro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Nemesio Acevedo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vecdet Tolunay, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. Hermengildo Guilabertus sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 46th minute, Clodoveo Egoitz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Harry Kane to strike the kick off in the second half. Nemesio Acevedo was out of position in the 54 minute of play, and Harry Kane capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Harry Kane really showed his touch with that goal: 0-2. Leo Sidro was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 58th minute. C.A. Pachorra Sports's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Harry Kane in the 61st minute of play forced Detroit Lions's goalkeeper Nemesio Acevedo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Harry Kane recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 66th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to Detroit Lions getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. Fabian Veremundo hit a great ball. Juan Reno made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hermengildo Guilabertus in the 76th minute of play. After 78 played minutes C.A. Pachorra Sports got a freekick which was hit by Harry Kane. 82 minutes into the match, Detroit Lions's goalkeeper Nemesio Acevedo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Vecdet Tolunay. Nemesio Acevedo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Harry Kane in the 83rd minute of the match. In the 87th minute the ball was on its way in behind Detroit Lions's goalkeeper Nemesio Acevedo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Hermengildo Guilabertus fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Juan Reno having to interfere. Honorio Cordeal tried to clear up in front of the goal, but didn't succeed and rather the ball rolled into the own goal to the right of a despaired Juan Reno. An unnecessary self made goal, 1-3 in the 94th minute. When the final whistle sounded C.A. Pachorra Sports left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Detroit Lions.
