After some fancy dribbling in the 4th minute, Matias Lekubegi managed to get in a good position for a shot. Chukenze FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Matias Lekubegi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rogelio Lano breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Fausto Ladio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Fausto Ladio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 12 played minutes Chukenze FC got a freekick which was hit by Matias Lekubegi. Fausto Ladio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 16th minute, Orlando Erruki hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Rogelio Lano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Matias Lekubegi, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. Fausto Ladio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 35th minute Santiago Oier shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Casimiro Calixto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Santiago Oier came up free with the goalie in the 38th minute, the LosRanaPola fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Santiago Oier couldn't finish the play. Casimiro Calixto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fausto Ladio, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. 45 minutes into the match, Santiago Oier had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Casimiro Calixto. Chukenze FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Santiago Oier was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Matias Lekubegi to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute the ball was on its way in behind LosRanaPola's goalkeeper Rogelio Lano, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Santiago Oier recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 54th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of LosRanaPola booed when Chukenze FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Orlando Erruki didn't get a good kick on the ball. Fausto Ladio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Chukenze FC's Casimiro Calixto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Santiago Oier in the 63rd minute of play. Santiago Oier recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 77th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Fausto Ladio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. LosRanaPola's Fausto Ladio got a good chance for a goal in the 82nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Rogelio Lano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Saul Oliviero in the 87th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Santiago Oier in the 93rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Casimiro Calixto saved Chukenze FC from getting behind. A hard shot 94 in the game by Fausto Ladio from a close distance when the talented Casimiro Calixto managed to make a qualified save. Chukenze FC's players were relieved. If Santiago Oier had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
