Arnoldo Dolcet kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. Clemente Abancens made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luisito Galsino in the 37th minute of play. A collision led to Lecueder getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. Salvador Aimar hit a great ball. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Andres Farias to strike the kick off in the second half. With an all-out effort, Lugano Star C.D's Clemente Abancens threw himself towards the right post 63 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Andres Farias, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. After a rather tough play, Lecueder's Ermegildo Soter got a free kick in the 63rd minute. Clemente Abancens showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Silvestre Osorio in the 65th minute of the match. Melchor Todor charged in rather forcefully in the 66th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Melchor Todor the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Melchor Todor kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. Arnulfo Ramos didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Basilio Montae went, in the 72nd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Saturnino Neto hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. Primitivo Dimo charged in rather forcefully in the 78th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Primitivo Dimo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Lugano Star C.D's Primitivo Dimo got a free kick in the 78th minute. Pacifico Tejadillo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Clemente Abancens having to make a save. Arnulfo Ramos stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Enzo Lander's shot from short distance in the 90th minute. Andres Farias kicked well hit freekick during the 96th minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Lecueder had won after a very even match.
