In the 18th match minute, Tiomayo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Epifanio Nel to maneuver through the defense. Tiomayo's Haroldo Kaiet played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Florentino Santos in the 21st minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tobias Karmel in the 22nd minute of play forced Tiomayo's goalkeeper Haroldo Kaiet to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Haroldo Kaiet didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Florentino Santos went, in the 23rd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. Cesar Malvin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anselmo Txerran in the 29th minute of play. In the 30th minute Saul Hartz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Haroldo Kaiet saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Filomeno Ovando helped the player get up and apologised. In the 39th match minute, Tiomayo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Filomeno Ovando to maneuver through the defense. Haroldo Kaiet showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tobias Karmel, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Anier Abancens stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Tobias Karmel took the ball and in the 52 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Haroldo Kaiet. Haroldo Kaiet dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-4. Haroldo Kaiet took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Florentino Santos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Anselmo Txerran might have been able to make a better finish in the 58th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Cesar Malvin. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Anselmo Txerran ran back to his position shaking his head. After having played for 60 minutes, Anselmo Txerran managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tiomayo's supporters crossed their fingers, but Anselmo Txerran was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The supporters of Tiomayo booed when Legion Roja FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gonzalo Xabier didn't get a good kick on the ball. Florentino Santos could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 67th minute of the match, but Haroldo Kaiet made a huge save. Haroldo Kaiet made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Amado Matro in the 74th minute of play. In the 81st minute, Florentino Santos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Anier Abancens took the ball and in the 83 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Cesar Malvin. Cesar Malvin dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-5. The referee felt a red card was in order, 87 minutes into the game, when Ricardo Roland put in a rough tackle. 86 minutes into the game, one of Legion Roja FC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Cesar Malvin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anier Abancens in the 96th minute of play. Legion Roja FC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
