Spectators: 7350 (Terracing: 5513, Seating: 1690, VIP seats: 147) Oncativo AFC's Horacio Ramone started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The supporters of Oncativo AFC booed when Loncopué FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 2 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gaspar Flor didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 4th minute Octavio Nuñez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rolando Porfirio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 7th minute Filiberto Mero shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Saverio Eskuin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 10th minute the ball was on its way in behind Oncativo AFC's goalkeeper Saverio Eskuin, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 12thth minute of the game Horacio Ramone who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Loncopué FC's Rolando Porfirio was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. German Cordeara sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 17th minute, Filiberto Mero left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Loncopué FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. If Filiberto Mero had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Loncopué FC's zone, Horacio Ramone stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rolando Porfirio came out of the goal and Horacio Ramone tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When German Cordeara came up free with the goalie in the 23rd minute, the Oncativo AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that German Cordeara couldn't finish the play. After some fancy dribbling in the 28th minute, Horacio Ramone managed to get in a good position for a shot. Oncativo AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Horacio Ramone was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rolando Porfirio breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Oncativo AFC's Horacio Ramone in the 31st minute got a chance for a shot 31st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Loncopué FC's goalie prevented a goal. Rolando Porfirio was out of position in the 36 minute of play, and Horacio Ramone capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Horacio Ramone really showed his touch with that goal: 1-1. Filiberto Mero fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Saverio Eskuin having to interfere. If Filiberto Mero had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Remigio Osorio made a kick off. Oncativo AFC's German Cordeara got a good chance for a goal in the 53rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Horacio Ramone in the 55th minute of play forced Loncopué FC's goalkeeper Rolando Porfirio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Oncativo AFC's Horacio Ramone in the 59th minute got a chance for a shot 59th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Loncopué FC's goalie prevented a goal. If Horacio Ramone had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a little luck, Oncativo AFC's Saverio Eskuin got control of the ball when Filiberto Mero tried to sneak it across the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Horacio Ramone in the 65th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Rolando Porfirio prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a defensive mix-up in Loncopué FC's zone, Octavio Nuñez stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rolando Porfirio came out of the goal and Octavio Nuñez tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Rolando Porfirio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Horacio Ramone, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. A collision led to Loncopué FC getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. Filiberto Mero hit a great ball. Saverio Eskuin was a little too slow when Remigio Osorio got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 79th minute. The score was now 1-2. In the 83rd match minute, Loncopué FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gaspar Flor to maneuver through the defense. Rolando Porfirio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Horacio Ramone, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. Rolando Porfirio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from German Cordeara, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Oscar Behe kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. Remigio Osorio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 94 minutes into the match, Remigio Osorio dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Saverio Eskuin, 1-3. Loncopué FC were delighted with the way they had won the match. They had held their defensive line well and made the most of their chances, to claim a victory over Oncativo AFC's much stronger midfield.
