Horacio Ramone started the match with the kick off. Celso Jon received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 6th minute. Saverio Eskuin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 11 minutes into the game, Horacio Ramone cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Fulgencio Gumaro was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 22 played minutes El Glorioso FC got a freekick which was hit by Cristian Hayes. If Cristian Hayes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Celso Jon made a well adjusted shot against goal in the 31stth minute coming free in front of the goal, but Saverio Eskuin would not let the ball come through at any expense and made a nice save by the left post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Horacio Ramone in the 42nd minute of play forced El Glorioso FC's goalkeeper Fulgencio Gumaro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Horacio Ramone had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Cristian Hayes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Saverio Eskuin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Celso Jon struck a weak shot in the 56th minute. Saverio Eskuin didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for El Glorioso FC. Cornelio Froila made in the 58th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Octavio Nuñez. Horacio Ramone sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Celso Jon came up free with the goalie in the 66th minute, the El Glorioso FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Celso Jon couldn't finish the play. After having played for 69 minutes, Horacio Ramone managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Oncativo AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Horacio Ramone was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 75thth minute of the game Celso Jon who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Oncativo AFC's Saverio Eskuin was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 76 minutes into the game, Arturo Fonso was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. El Glorioso FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Oncativo AFC the free kick. Arturo Fonso kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. In the 91st minute Celso Jon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Saverio Eskuin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Saverio Eskuin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Celso Jon, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 97 minutes into the match, Oncativo AFC's Horacio Ramone sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Fulgencio Gumaro narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The Oncativo AFC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
