Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Mataderos FC's Marcos Dantel started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Lorenzo Boniel kicked well hit freekick during the 2nd minute of the match. A collision led to Mataderos FC getting a freekick after 6 minutes play. Wilfredo Selmo hit a great ball. In the 7th minute the ball was on its way in behind Mataderos FC's goalkeeper Faustino Rufio, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. It seemed to be an obvious goal in the 8th minute, but Faustino Rufio got his fingers on the ball or the save, leaving Mataderos FC hanging dry this time. In the 9th minute of the match Huase got a corner. Mataderos FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Domingos Hegoi ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Domingos Hegoi almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Mataderos FC's Faustino Rufio did a great save. In the 13th minute of the match, Eliseo Pereyra tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Faustino Rufio saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Mataderos FC's Faustino Rufio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eliseo Pereyra in the 14th minute of play. Marcos Dantel might have been able to make a better finish in the 15th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Emanuel Soin. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Marcos Dantel ran back to his position shaking his head. If Eliseo Pereyra had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 23rd minute, Esteban Duarte hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 24 minutes into the game, Huase's Eliseo Pereyra nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Faustino Rufio made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. Benicio Gerazan hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. After 35 minutes, Marcos Dantel made it 1-1 with a short kick to the right side. Huase's Emanuel Soin tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. If Honorato Havier had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Alonzo Corderall blasted a shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Faustino Rufio having to make a save. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Valentin Petri during the 44th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 45th match minute, Mataderos FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Valentin Petri to maneuver through the defense. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Honorato Havier to strike the kick off in the second half. Honorato Havier received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Faustino Rufio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Esteban Duarte came up free with the goalie in the 56th minute, the Mataderos FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Esteban Duarte couldn't finish the play. 65 minutes into the match, Huase's goal looked a bit too open when Marcos Dantel came free, but Emanuel Soin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Esteban Duarte fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Emanuel Soin having to interfere. Marcos Dantel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Emanuel Soin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Honorato Havier received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Faustino Rufio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mataderos FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Huase the free kick. Faustino Rufio didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Huase. Esteban Duarte recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 87th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Huase's Emanuel Soin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marcos Dantel in the 89th minute of play. In the 96th minute Eliseo Pereyra shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Faustino Rufio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The Huase supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Mataderos FC's performance. The match ended with a win for Mataderos FC.
