In the 11th minute Edgard Estevez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ladislao Chorche saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Emanuel Ortle fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anselmo Abarca having to interfere. In the 16th minute, CA Ituzaingo's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Emanuel Ortle fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Emanuel Ortle in the 19th minute of play forced CA Ituzaingo's goalkeeper Anselmo Abarca to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 20th minute Emanuel Ortle shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Anselmo Abarca saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Zentena FC booed when CA Ituzaingo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Edgard Estevez didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 24th match minute, Zentena FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Placido Hegoi to maneuver through the defense. In the 25th minute of the match Humberto Sendoa sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ladislao Chorche skillfully saved the ball. If Domingos Maiorga had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ladislao Chorche showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edgard Estevez in the 37th minute of the match. A hard shot 39 in the game by Amado Vimaro from a close distance when the talented Anselmo Abarca managed to make a qualified save. CA Ituzaingo's players were relieved. After 40 minutes, Clodoveo Lastur mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the CA Ituzaingo and the Zentena FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Clodoveo Lastur kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. Amado Vimaro took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 41st minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Anselmo Abarca. CA Ituzaingo's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Emanuel Ortle received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Anselmo Abarca tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, CA Ituzaingo's Alfredo Piearres got a free kick in the 47th minute.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Edgard Estevez to make the kick off. Emanuel Ortle received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Anselmo Abarca tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Anselmo Abarca took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Amado Vimaro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jeremias Paskal's late challenge caught a Zentena FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jeremias Paskal helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to CA Ituzaingo getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Jeremias Paskal hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Amado Vimaro in the 62nd minute of play forced CA Ituzaingo's goalkeeper Anselmo Abarca to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 63rd minute, Emanuel Ortle ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Anselmo Abarca was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-1. In the 68th minute Amado Vimaro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Anselmo Abarca saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ladislao Chorche made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edgard Estevez in the 70th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edgard Estevez in the 71st minute of play forced Zentena FC's goalkeeper Ladislao Chorche to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Edgard Estevez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. If Domingos Maiorga had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Edgard Estevez during the 78th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, CA Ituzaingo's Edgard Estevez got a free kick in the 78th minute. 81 minutes into the match, Emanuel Ortle had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Anselmo Abarca. CA Ituzaingo's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Emanuel Ortle was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Emanuel Ortle in the 84th minute of play forced CA Ituzaingo's goalkeeper Anselmo Abarca to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ladislao Chorche showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edgard Estevez, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. A collision led to Zentena FC getting a freekick after 93 minutes play. Placido Hegoi hit a great ball. Domingos Maiorga took the ball and in the 95 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ladislao Chorche. Ladislao Chorche dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-2. Zentena FC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of CA Ituzaingo for a fine match.
