After a rather tough play, Libertad's Ismael Nardo got a free kick in the 75th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Edgard Estevez in the 82nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Desiderio Dalmau saved Libertad from getting behind. 83 minutes into the match, Domingos Maiorga notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Libertad's Desiderio Dalmau. Desiderio Dalmau was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After some fancy dribbling in the 91st minute, Edgard Estevez managed to get in a good position for a shot. CA Ituzaingo's supporters rose to their feet, but Edgard Estevez was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Desiderio Dalmau breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 94th match minute, CA Ituzaingo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Edgard Estevez to maneuver through the defense. When the match was over CA Ituzaingo could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Libertad throughout the match.
