Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Desiderio Bemabe got the match started through his kick off. After 12 played minutes Bristol City got a freekick which was hit by Rosendo Lehoi. Paraní FC's Desiderio Bemabe got a good chance for a goal in the 17th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The Paraní FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Marciano Aballe should have stopped the shot. Mateo Tirso's late challenge caught a Bristol City's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. With a little luck, Paraní FC's Marciano Aballe got control of the ball when Bernardino Formerio tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ildefonso Inko was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 55th minute. Paraní FC's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. In the 62nd match minute, Bristol City was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alejo Gelmiro to maneuver through the defense. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Desiderio Bemabe in the 64th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Prudencio Remicio saved Bristol City from getting behind. The referee ignored Paraní FC's protests and gave Apolo Nataniel a yellow card for diving instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Fabio Kaiet in the 70th managed to get into a good position.
