Fausto Berdoi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Urdin Jauregui, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 21 minutes into the game, Tord Majman cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Fausto Berdoi was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 24th minute, Urdin Jauregui made a precise shot to the right of Fausto Berdoi. Vela Bola's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-4. Clodoveo Tulio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 27th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Godofredo Abarca kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. Fausto Berdoi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Clodoveo Tulio in the 30th minute of the match. Vela Bola's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-5. Vela Bola's Fausto Berdoi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Urdin Jauregui in the 37th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Vela Bola's Efrain Joanes got a free kick in the 48th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 49th minute, Amador Jerrold managed to get in a good position for a shot. La Union de Eldorado's supporters rose to their feet, but Amador Jerrold was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Fausto Berdoi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After the first half La Union de Eldorado were leading 0-6. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Fausto Berdoi made a fantastic save in the 62nd minute, when Amador Jerrold sent off a good shot on target. A collision led to La Union de Eldorado getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Fernando Bertran hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Amador Jerrold in the 66th minute of play forced Vela Bola's goalkeeper Fausto Berdoi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 67th minute, Urdin Jauregui made a precise shot to the right of Fausto Berdoi. Vela Bola's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-8. La Union de Eldorado's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
