With an extended leg and a bit of luck Delmar Enmanuel prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Victorino Regis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Delmar Enmanuel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Santiago Ixaka blasted a shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Delmar Enmanuel having to make a save. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

Pilar FC's Santiago Ixaka suffered a concussion after 56 minutes and had to leave the field. 56 minutes into the game, Isaias Maiorga was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player.
