The crowd rose to their feet as Wictor Björkkvist kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Viktor Földes. That made the score 1-0 in the 4 minute of play. Vinicio Teofilio struck a weak shot in the 9th minute. Saverio Urko didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Chovet. Vinicio Teofilio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 13th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Sivert Ingemarsson took the ball and in the 16 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Viktor Földes. Viktor Földes dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. In the 19th minute of the match, Andrei Leluțiu got a very nice opportunity to score, but Viktor Földes was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. 22 minutes into the match, Atletic Villa Belgrano's goal looked a bit too open when Vinicio Teofilio came free, but Saverio Urko reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Manuel Arce recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 23rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 26 minutes, Vinicio Teofilio made it 2-1 with a short kick to the right side. Atletic Villa Belgrano's Saverio Urko tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Manuel Arce struck a weak shot in the 29th minute. Saverio Urko didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Chovet. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vinicio Teofilio in the 38th minute of play forced Atletic Villa Belgrano's goalkeeper Saverio Urko to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Armando Cresitobalo charged in rather forcefully in the 39th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Armando Cresitobalo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 39th minute, Armando Cresitobalo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 44th minute of the match, Andrei Leluțiu got a very nice opportunity to score, but Viktor Földes was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. The audience was convinced that Vinicio Teofilio's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Saverio Urko was relentless in the 46th minute of the game. Viktor Földes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sivert Ingemarsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Wictor Björkkvist made a kick off. The corner led Atletic Villa Belgrano's Abelardo Jacindo to fire away a dangerous shot which Viktor Földes despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Chovet's Viktor Földes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sivert Ingemarsson in the 54th minute of play. If Wictor Björkkvist had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Saverio Urko stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Vinicio Teofilio's shot from short distance in the 60th minute. After some careless play in the Chovet defense, Sivert Ingemarsson kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Viktor Földes. The Chovet fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Viktor Földes should have stopped the shot. Vinicio Teofilio who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 69thth minute tested the skills of Saverio Urko when he managed to save the team from getting behind. The supporters of Chovet booed when Atletic Villa Belgrano was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cayetano Rafel didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Atletic Villa Belgrano getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. Wictor Björkkvist hit a great ball. Viktor Földes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sivert Ingemarsson in the 86th minute of play. Viktor Földes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Andrei Leluțiu, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute.
