In the 10th minute, Alfredo Sustrai got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Julian Su took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Natalio Naelio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Julian Su showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Natalio Naelio in the 14th minute of the match. In the 20th minute, Natalio Naelio ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Julian Su was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. The supporters of Gerli FC booed when Amaná Futbol Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Santos Gaur didn't get a good kick on the ball. 31 minutes into the match, Gavino Quico had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Julian Su. Amaná Futbol Club's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Gavino Quico was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. When Santos Gaur came up free with the goalie in the 33rd minute, the Amaná Futbol Club fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Santos Gaur couldn't finish the play. If Natalio Naelio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 38 minutes, Luisito Berasko mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Amaná Futbol Club and the Gerli FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Natalio Naelio in the 42nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Julian Su prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 43 minutes into the game, Elias Feo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Amaná Futbol Club's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Gerli FC the free kick. The supporters of Gerli FC booed when Amaná Futbol Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Elias Feo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gavino Quico fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Julian Su having to interfere. After the first half Gerli FC were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Luisito Berasko to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 56th minute, Natalio Naelio got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Gavino Quico had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Julian Su showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gavino Quico, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. If Gavino Quico had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gavino Quico struck a weak shot in the 67th minute. Julian Su didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Gerli FC. Leonides Gaizkine kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. Alfredo Sustrai recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 70th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Luisito Berasko struck a weak shot in the 73rd minute. Marciano Foro didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Amaná Futbol Club. If Santos Gaur had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 81 minutes into the match, Amaná Futbol Club's goalkeeper Julian Su had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Natalio Naelio. Santos Gaur fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marciano Foro having to interfere. The supporters of Gerli FC booed when Amaná Futbol Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Santos Misael didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Natalio Naelio came up free with the goalie in the 88th minute, the Gerli FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Natalio Naelio couldn't finish the play. Gavino Quico fired away a difficult shot at goal in the 91st minute. He almost succeeded, but the ball went over. It was a very nice shot. Amaná Futbol Club's Julian Su played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gavino Quico in the 93rd minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Amaná Futbol Club's zone, Gavino Quico stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Julian Su came out of the goal and Gavino Quico tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Natalio Naelio in the 97thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Julian Su, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. The Amaná Futbol Club fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Gerli FC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
