Spectators: 7336 (Terracing: 5504, Seating: 1687, VIP seats: 145) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Enrique Guib started the match with the kick off. When Tadeo Normando came up free with the goalie in the 3rd minute, the Cavalango AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tadeo Normando couldn't finish the play. Beto Martini took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Benigno Errolan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Galacticos's Beto Martini played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Celedonio Gil in the 7th minute of play. Virgilio Valente kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Benigno Errolan in the 10th minute of play forced Galacticos's goalkeeper Beto Martini to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Celedonio Gil scored 0-1 in the 14th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Beto Martini, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 18 minutes, Celedonio Gil made it 0-2 with a short kick to the right side. Galacticos's Beto Martini tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Domingos Gimenez recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 23rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Celedonio Gil's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Beto Martini read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 25th minute of play. Galacticos's Beto Martini played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Celedonio Gil in the 28th minute of play. In the 28th match minute, Galacticos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Virgilio Valente to maneuver through the defense. Beto Martini showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Celedonio Gil, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. Celedonio Gil recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 34th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Benigno Errolan in the 36th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Beto Martini saved Galacticos from getting behind. After 38 minutes, Celedonio Gil made it 0-3 with a short kick to the right side. Galacticos's Beto Martini tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Celedonio Gil sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Beto Martini stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Benigno Errolan's shot from short distance in the 43rd minute. If Celedonio Gil had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Beto Martini didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Celedonio Gil went, in the 48th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-4 was the resulting score. After the first half Cavalango AFC were leading 0-4. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Benigno Errolan to make the kick off. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Benigno Errolan in the 56th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Beto Martini prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 60 minutes into the match, Galacticos's goal looked a bit too open when Celedonio Gil came free, but Beto Martini reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Beto Martini took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Celedonio Gil, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 66th minute, Virgilio Valente hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Galacticos's Beto Martini proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 67th minute of the match, managed to save Galacticos from getting a goal against them. 69 minutes into the game, Domingos Gimenez recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Beto Martini. Domingos Gimenez showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-5. With a little luck, Galacticos's Beto Martini got control of the ball when Benigno Errolan tried to sneak it across the goal line. Benigno Errolan's late challenge caught a Galacticos's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Benigno Errolan helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Cavalango AFC getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. Benigno Errolan hit a great ball. Beto Martini stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Celedonio Gil's shot from short distance in the 80th minute. 85 minutes into the match, Galacticos's goal looked a bit too open when Celedonio Gil came free, but Beto Martini reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tadeo Normando's late challenge caught a Galacticos's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. The audience was convinced that Celedonio Gil's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Beto Martini was relentless in the 92nd minute of the game. When Cavalango AFC's Celedonio Gil in the 99th minute got a chance for a shot 99th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Galacticos's goalie prevented a goal. Cavalango AFC played a much better game than Galacticos and deserved their victory. The Galacticos players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
