Benigno Errolan might have been able to make a better finish in the 36th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Natalio Benet. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Benigno Errolan ran back to his position shaking his head. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Filiberto Osasun in the 38th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck David Eleder prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Filiberto Osasun had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tadeo Normando kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 45th minute, Luis Cilio managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ferneceros FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Luis Cilio was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. David Eleder breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Bernardo Cordeiro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without David Eleder having to interfere. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Filiberto Osasun was the one to do the kick off. After 50 played minutes Ferneceros FC got a freekick which was hit by Blas Quintan. Celedonio Gil was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 51st played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. 3-1 became the score in the 52nd minute when Benigno Errolan elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Natalio Benet made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Celedonio Gil in the 75th minute of play. 76 minutes into the game, Celedonio Gil cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-1. The Cavalango AFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-1. Dario Baudelio's late challenge caught a Cavalango AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Dario Baudelio helped the player get up and apologised. Dario Baudelio kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match. 90 minutes into the match, Ferneceros FC's goal looked a bit too open when Benigno Errolan came free, but Natalio Benet reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Filiberto Osasun's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but David Eleder read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 93rd minute of play. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Cavalango AFC had played much better football throughout.
