Octavio Hibai blasted a shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ramiro Rencio having to make a save. After some careless play in the Obrero Dique de Barda defense, Hieronim Giec kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ramiro Rencio. The Obrero Dique de Barda fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ramiro Rencio should have stopped the shot. Cercado AFC's Severino Bilbo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 28th minute of the match, managed to save Cercado AFC from getting a goal against them.
