Amado Gotzon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gilberto Oto having to interfere. Edelmiro Porfiro hit a great freekick 8 minutes into the match. In the 9th minute Amado Gotzon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gilberto Oto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 9th match minute, Devoto FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eliseo Vellito to maneuver through the defense. Gilberto Oto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tobias Delfino in the 11th minute of play. Adrian Gonzalez Del Solar hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. Geronimo Maldonado received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Ramiro Rencio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 32ndth minute of the game Geronimo Maldonado who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Obrero Dique de Barda's Ramiro Rencio was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Eliseo Vellito hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. Gilberto Oto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tobias Delfino, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The wind increased when Amado Gotzon made the kick off in the second half. Tobias Delfino's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gilberto Oto read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 58th minute of play. Amado Gotzon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Devoto FC's Gilberto Oto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Amado Gotzon in the 62nd minute of play. After 66 played minutes Obrero Dique de Barda got a freekick which was hit by Alonzo Macias. Leonel Txordon hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. Gilberto Oto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Amado Gotzon in the 68th minute of play. 71 minutes into the match, Devoto FC's goalkeeper Gilberto Oto had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Tobias Delfino. Blas Refugio hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. After 82 played minutes Obrero Dique de Barda got a freekick which was hit by Tobias Delfino.
