Aaron Monte's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Cristian Bibiano firmly grabbed it by the left post. If Aaron Monte had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 11 minutes, Carmelo Bastian mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Quiquito Quiquin FC and the los sufridoooos players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 11th minute, Carmelo Bastian hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience was convinced that Fermin Gelacio's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Cristian Bibiano was relentless in the 14th minute of the game. Tomás Ascencio's late challenge caught a Quiquito Quiquin FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Tomás Ascencio helped the player get up and apologised. Tomás Ascencio kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. With a little luck, los sufridoooos's Cristian Bibiano got control of the ball when Aaron Monte tried to sneak it across the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Quiquito Quiquin FC's Fermin Gelacio slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Cristian Bibiano. That made the score 1-0 after 26 minutes of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Anier Cristos in the 31st minute of play forced Quiquito Quiquin FC's goalkeeper Alonzo Rivas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in los sufridoooos's zone, Aaron Monte stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cristian Bibiano came out of the goal and Aaron Monte tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Aaron Monte could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 39th minute of the match, but Cristian Bibiano made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fermin Gelacio in the 40th minute of play forced los sufridoooos's goalkeeper Cristian Bibiano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Alonzo Rivas came out of the goal in the 43rd minute to try and stop a shot by los sufridoooos's Anier Cristos. But to his dismay, Anier Cristos quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. After having played for 46 minutes, Benjamin Oto managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. los sufridoooos's supporters crossed their fingers, but Benjamin Oto was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Anier Cristos stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Evelio Quinteros kicked well hit freekick during the 51st minute of the match. In the 59th minute, Fermin Gelacio ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Cristian Bibiano was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. 66 minutes into the match, Quiquito Quiquin FC's goal looked a bit too open when Anier Cristos came free, but Alonzo Rivas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cristian Bibiano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fermin Gelacio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Anier Cristos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Alonzo Rivas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 76th minute the ball was on its way in behind Quiquito Quiquin FC's goalkeeper Alonzo Rivas, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 78 minutes into the match, los sufridoooos's goal looked a bit too open when Aaron Monte came free, but Cristian Bibiano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Severiano Elazar hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. Anier Cristos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Cristian Bibiano didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Aaron Monte went, in the 87th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. After a defensive mix-up in los sufridoooos's zone, Fermin Gelacio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cristian Bibiano came out of the goal and Fermin Gelacio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Quiquito Quiquin FC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
