PALESTINA's Lucas Regis managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Claudio Lucero in the 3 minute of the game. Adan Ioritz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eustaquio Etxekopar in the 5th minute of play. Higinio Gabirel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Horacio Hori having to interfere. In the 15th minute, Rosendo Lizbeth hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bartolo Ceandro in the 22nd minute of play forced PALESTINA's goalkeeper Adan Ioritz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Higinio Gabirel struck a weak shot in the 25th minute. Horacio Hori didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for PALESTINA. 28 minutes into the game, Gerardo Ferran cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Adan Ioritz was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 31 minutes into the match, PALESTINA's goal looked a bit too open when Gerardo Ferran came free, but Adan Ioritz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 33rd minute, Rosendo Lizbeth left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Cangrejillos fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. Adan Ioritz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rosendo Lizbeth, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. If Higinio Gabirel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Rosendo Lizbeth stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Bernardino Joseph could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 51st minute of the match, but Adan Ioritz made a huge save. 52 minutes into the match, PALESTINA's goal looked a bit too open when Eustaquio Etxekopar came free, but Adan Ioritz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 53 minutes into the match, Eustaquio Etxekopar had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Adan Ioritz. PALESTINA's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Eustaquio Etxekopar was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. In the 59th minute Eustaquio Etxekopar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Adan Ioritz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lucas Regis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Horacio Hori tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 70th minute, Gerardo Ferran ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Adan Ioritz was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-4. In the 75th minute, Nicolas Cordearo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Adan Ioritz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rosendo Lizbeth in the 79th minute of the match. PALESTINA's Adan Ioritz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rosendo Lizbeth in the 84th minute of play. 85 minutes into the match, Eustaquio Etxekopar dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Adan Ioritz, 0-5. In the 94th minute, PALESTINA's Lucas Regis seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Lucas Regis the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of PALESTINA protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Lucas Regis had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch.
