Maximo Matia showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristobal Beltza in the 12th minute of the match. Maximo Matia showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristobal Beltza, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Samuel Cordarius got free with Roman Milan in the 14th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 16th match minute, Renegados was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arnulfo Oso to maneuver through the defense. After 43 minutes of play, Renegados's Humberto Roderigo made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Maximo Matia was left in no man's land by his defense there! Eusebio Sotil hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

Aquilino Roldan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 72nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the referee blew the final whistle, Club Atlético Charly could leave the field as winners, despite Renegados having more of the ball for most of the match.
