Union de Santa Fe's Eloy Rami played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mădălin Datcu in the 94th minute of play. In the 95th minute Mădălin Datcu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eloy Rami saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Eloy Rami was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Leonardo Eyague showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-6 in the 96 minute of play. When the final whistle sounded Parque Avellaneda left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Union de Santa Fe.
