Hobbiton's Constantino Firmo got a good chance for a goal in the 9th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 11 played minutes bajada got a freekick which was hit by Aquiles Ascencio. Mito Ceni showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eloy Gora, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. In the 18th minute Eloy Gora shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mito Ceni saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Hobbiton's Vinicio Baladi got a free kick in the 18th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jeremias Petri in the 21st minute of play forced Hobbiton's goalkeeper Mito Ceni to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 27th minute, Mauricio Mannie managed to get in a good position for a shot. Hobbiton's supporters rose to their feet, but Mauricio Mannie was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dante Sadurni breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 29 minutes into the match, Hobbiton's goal looked a bit too open when Jeremias Petri came free, but Mito Ceni reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joel Gau in the 34th minute of play forced Hobbiton's goalkeeper Mito Ceni to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 38 played minutes bajada got a freekick which was hit by Gervasio Duarte. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Joel Gau to make the kick off. Constantino Firmo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Dante Sadurni tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, bajada's Dalmacio Efren got a free kick in the 53rd minute. 56 minutes into the game, bajada's Joel Gau nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Mito Ceni made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-2. Constantino Firmo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dante Sadurni having to interfere. Niceto Distiratsu's late challenge caught a bajada's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Niceto Distiratsu helped the player get up and apologised. Niceto Distiratsu kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. Eloy Gora could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 65th minute of the match, but Mito Ceni made a huge save. Mito Ceni made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jeremias Petri in the 66th minute of play. Hobbiton's Mito Ceni proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 68th minute of the match, managed to save Hobbiton from getting a goal against them. A collision led to Hobbiton getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Vinicio Baladi hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joel Gau in the 70th minute of play forced Hobbiton's goalkeeper Mito Ceni to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 72 minutes into the match, Hobbiton's goalkeeper Mito Ceni had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Eloy Gora. Vinicio Baladi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Mito Ceni took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eloy Orlanda, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, bajada's Joel Gau got a free kick in the 84th minute. Joel Gau's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Mito Ceni read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 89th minute of play. Mauricio Mannie might have been able to make a better finish in the 92nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Dante Sadurni. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Mauricio Mannie ran back to his position shaking his head. When Cirilo Ihintza fell near the penalty area in the 94th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored bajada's protests and gave Cirilo Ihintza a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Hobbiton booed when bajada was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cirilo Ihintza didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 95 played minutes, Hobbiton's Enzo Galeno shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Dante Sadurni came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Hobbiton reached it. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
