Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Kiricocho FC's Enrique Gurutz started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. When Joel Gau came up free with the goalie in the 7th minute, the bajada fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Joel Gau couldn't finish the play. Epifanio Tome fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dante Sadurni having to interfere. In the 12th minute, Enrique Gurutz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Enrique Gurutz struck a weak shot in the 20th minute. Dante Sadurni didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Kiricocho FC. In the 23rd minute, Enrique Gurutz ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Dante Sadurni was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Amadeo Paublo hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. If Epifanio Tome had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ciriaco Chap showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jeremias Petri, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. If Anier Salvino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of bajada booed when Kiricocho FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hilario Fagildo didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in bajada's zone, Enrique Gurutz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dante Sadurni came out of the goal and Enrique Gurutz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.
Dalmacio Efren's late challenge caught a Kiricocho FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Dalmacio Efren helped the player get up and apologised. When the match had been going on for 58 minutes, Kiricocho FC's Santo Gelmiro got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Dante Sadurni. In the 61st minute Epifanio Tome shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dante Sadurni saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ciriaco Chap showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joel Gau, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. 63 minutes into the match, Kiricocho FC's goal looked a bit too open when Eloy Gora came free, but Ciriaco Chap reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 69 minutes into the game, Eloy Gora cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-2. Ciriaco Chap was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Kiricocho FC's Ciriaco Chap played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eloy Gora in the 72nd minute of play. Amadeo Paublo kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. Ciriaco Chap showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joel Gau in the 82nd minute of the match. Ciriaco Chap took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joel Gau, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Epifanio Tome came up free with the goalie in the 86th minute, the Kiricocho FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Epifanio Tome couldn't finish the play. In the 88th minute, Dalmacio Efren hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Epifanio Tome had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Enrique Gurutz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 98 minutes into the match, Kiricocho FC's Epifanio Tome sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Dante Sadurni narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Kiricocho FC were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
