In the 8th minute, Vendetta FC's Desiderio Bidun ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Ovidio Firmin. Ovidio Firmin yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. Desiderio Bidun fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ovidio Firmin having to interfere. A hard, long distance shot from Lucio Tomi flew over the goal. Ovidio Firmin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Chris Chalumeau in the 24th minute of play. Isaac Timo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Nicasio Txerran went, in the 26th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. After recieving a nice pass, Vendetta FC's Alberto Dalmau tried to score from far away in the 30th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Lucio Tomi might have been able to make a better finish in the 33rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ovidio Firmin. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Lucio Tomi ran back to his position shaking his head. After 38 minutes of play, Aimogasta's Adolfo Florinio made it 2-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Isaac Timo was left in no man's land by his defense there! Aimogasta's Ovidio Firmin proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 42nd minute of the match, managed to save Aimogasta from getting a goal against them. Ovidio Firmin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Desiderio Bidun, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Chris Chalumeau who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 46thth minute tested the skills of Ovidio Firmin when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Chris Chalumeau stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The audience thought a goal was coming when Nicasio Txerran got free with Isaac Timo in the 51st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Adolfo Florinio blasted a shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Isaac Timo having to make a save. In the 61st minute Chris Chalumeau shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ovidio Firmin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ovidio Firmin stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Chris Chalumeau's shot from short distance in the 64th minute. Lucio Tomi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 89th minute of the game. One of Vendetta FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Aimogasta:s goal. Abelardo Leoiar walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. Thanks to some nice moves Marcial Haitz could shoot a difficult shot in the 95th minute, which Isaac Timo however easily saved by the left post. The audience thought a goal was coming when Nicasio Txerran got free with Isaac Timo in the 97th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort.
