The supporters of Entamoeba FC booed when ClubAtléticoIndependiente was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Americo Joey didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Felix Orland came up free with the goalie in the 32nd minute, the ClubAtléticoIndependiente fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Felix Orland couldn't finish the play. After some fancy dribbling in the 34th minute, Alejandro Edur managed to get in a good position for a shot. Entamoeba FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Alejandro Edur was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Matias Bazkoare breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.
