Aplasta's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Victorino Santana didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Santiago Senin went, in the 18th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. If Ildefonso Iraido had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. C.A. Aplasta's Ildefonso Iraido got a good chance for a goal in the 28th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 30 minutes of play, C.A. Aplasta's Pascual Inocente made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Leopoldo Iraido was left in no man's land by his defense there! Ildefonso Iraido who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 34thth minute tested the skills of Leopoldo Iraido when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After having played for 39 minutes, Santiago Senin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. La Gallardeta F.C's supporters crossed their fingers, but Santiago Senin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 41st minute, Ildefonso Iraido left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The C.A. Aplasta fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Santiago Senin made the kick off in the second half. Leopoldo Iraido stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ildefonso Iraido's shot from short distance in the 53rd minute. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. C.A. Aplasta had won after a very even match.
