Robustiano Herrera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Julian Gergori, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Julian Gergori in the 21st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Robustiano Herrera prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 22ndth minute of the game Julian Gergori who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Central Cerro Monje's Robustiano Herrera was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Julian Gergori had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Robustiano Herrera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Julian Gergori in the 29th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Rangel's Delmiro Ubendu got a free kick in the 30th minute. Jacinto Raphael's late challenge caught a Rangel's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jacinto Raphael helped the player get up and apologised. In the 36th match minute, Central Cerro Monje was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jacinto Raphael to maneuver through the defense. The audience was convinced that Julian Gergori's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Robustiano Herrera was relentless in the 38th minute of the game. Rangel's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
