Oscar Alvarez struck a weak shot in the 6th minute. Amadeo Carrizo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Rangel. Oscar Alvarez received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Amadeo Carrizo came out and tried to block the shot, but Oscar Alvarez slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 8th minute. In the 13th match minute, Clarke FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cornelio Asier to maneuver through the defense. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Julio Cortez during the 14th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Clarke FC's Julio Cortez got a free kick in the 15th minute. Amadeo Carrizo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Angelino Rey, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ambrosio Cordarius might have been able to make a better finish in the 21st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Amadeo Carrizo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ambrosio Cordarius ran back to his position shaking his head. After 22 played minutes Rangel got a freekick which was hit by Saturnino Maju. Clarke FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 24th minute, when Angelino Rey scored to the left of an out of position Amadeo Carrizo, making the score, 2-0. Oscar Alvarez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Amadeo Carrizo having to interfere. When Julian Benet came up free with the goalie in the 36th minute, the Rangel fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Julian Benet couldn't finish the play. If Cornelio Asier had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cornelio Asier fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mateo Schellekens having to interfere. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Cornelio Asier was the one to do the kick off. Angelino Rey received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 51st minute. Amadeo Carrizo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 55 minutes into the match, Clarke FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ambrosio Cordarius came free, but Amadeo Carrizo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 59 minutes into the game, Rangel's Ambrosio Cordarius nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Amadeo Carrizo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. Oscar Alvarez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ambrosio Cordarius struck a weak shot in the 64th minute. Amadeo Carrizo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. Amadeo Carrizo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Delmiro Ubendu, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. After some careless play in the Clarke FC defense, Angelino Rey kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Amadeo Carrizo. The Clarke FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Amadeo Carrizo should have stopped the shot. Amadeo Carrizo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Laureano Seber in the 81st minute of play. In the 84th minute, Angelino Rey made a precise shot to the right of Amadeo Carrizo. Clarke FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-0. In the 90thth minute of the game Oscar Alvarez who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Clarke FC's Amadeo Carrizo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Samuel Izotz's late challenge caught a Rangel's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Samuel Izotz helped the player get up and apologised. In the 95th minute, Samuel Izotz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Rangel's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
