With a little luck, Pascanas's Baldomero Porfirio got control of the ball when Ramon Peio tried to sneak it across the goal line. 10 minutes into the match, Ramon Peio dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Baldomero Porfirio, 1-0. Baldomero Porfirio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Amadeo Artaldo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Amadeo Artaldo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Baldomero Porfirio having to make a save. Amadeo Artaldos short, quick shot in the 19thth minute got Baldomero Porfirio to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. A collision led to Pascanas getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Andres Buinton hit a great ball. Pascanas's Baldomero Porfirio proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 24th minute of the match, managed to save Pascanas from getting a goal against them. Oscar Lope could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 27th minute of the match, but Baldomero Porfirio made a huge save. If Alfonso Cedro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Angelino Bero sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Amadeo Artaldo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 36th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 37 minutes into the match, Prudencio Papo notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Pascanas's Baldomero Porfirio. Baldomero Porfirio was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Jaime Savier made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Angelino Bero in the 41st minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Alfonso Cedro during the 42nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Defensores de Belgrano booed when Pascanas was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alfonso Cedro didn't get a good kick on the ball. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Amadeo Artaldo was the one to do the kick off. Jaime Savier showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Angelino Bero in the 60th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Pascanas's zone, Ramon Peio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Baldomero Porfirio came out of the goal and Ramon Peio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 81 minutes into the match, Amadeo Artaldo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Baldomero Porfirio. Pascanas's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Amadeo Artaldo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-1. Jaime Savier took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Isidoro Isadore, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Pascanas's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Adan Ishmael in the 87th minute. Pascanas's Adan Ishmael was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Jaime Savier in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Alfonso Cedro could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 95th minute of the match, but Jaime Savier made a huge save. Alfonso Cedro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 96th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.
