The supporters of Quenomá AFC booed when Uturungo FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 5 match minutes in a wonderful position. Uturungo FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Quenomá AFC the free kick. Ruperto Acevedo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Melchor Quintan, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. Denis Bonifaco's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Saverio Artal firmly grabbed it by the left post. A nice corner shot did that Candido Soter got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Saverio Artal quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 18th minute, Uturungo FC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Denis Bonifaco fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. In the 21st minute Melchor Quintan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ruperto Acevedo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Quenomá AFC booed when Uturungo FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Leopoldo Mirande didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a little luck, Uturungo FC's Saverio Artal got control of the ball when Denis Bonifaco tried to sneak it across the goal line. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Quenomá AFC. In the 72nd match minute, Quenomá AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alejo Paez to maneuver through the defense. Melchor Quintan's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ruperto Acevedo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 80th minute of play. Quenomá AFC's Ruperto Acevedo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Melchor Quintan in the 81st minute of play. Denis Bonifaco hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. Orlando Confesor made in the 94th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Denis Bonifaco however managed to control. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Uturungo FC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
