Spectators: 7327 (Terracing: 5497, Seating: 1685, VIP seats: 145) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Cosme Frasco kicked off to start the match. After 4th play minutes Santiago Seber shot 0-1, a short shot which went by Pablo Arnau and just under the crossbar into goal. After having played for 8 minutes, Marciano Quilino managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. JmV's supporters crossed their fingers, but Marciano Quilino was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 9 minutes into the match, Santiago Seber notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Alberdi FC's Pablo Arnau. Pablo Arnau was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Leo Laffitte charged in rather forcefully in the 12th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Leo Laffitte the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After recieving a nice pass, Alberdi FC's Braulio Federigo tried to score from far away in the 13th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Pablo Arnau showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Santiago Seber in the 16th minute of the match. 17 minutes into the match, Alberdi FC's goal looked a bit too open when Luisito Isias came free, but Pablo Arnau reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Marcial Fagildo made in the 20th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Patricio Lander immediately put the ball in play. Joel Danel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Patricio Lander, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. When JmV's Santiago Seber in the 26th minute got a chance for a shot 26th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Alberdi FC's goalie prevented a goal. Pablo Arnau showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gabriel Sanchez in the 29th minute of the match. 31 minutes into the match, JmV's Santiago Seber sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Pablo Arnau narrowly saved just below the crossbar. JmV were awarded a corner in the 32th minute after Alberdi FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Marciano Quilino took the corner. If Marciano Quilino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some careless play in the Alberdi FC defense, Gabriel Sanchez kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Pablo Arnau. The Alberdi FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Pablo Arnau should have stopped the shot. The supporters of JmV booed when Alberdi FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Elvio Santiago didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marciano Quilino in the 46th minute of play forced Alberdi FC's goalkeeper Pablo Arnau to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Santiago Seber to strike the kick off in the second half. Florentino Nalo came free with the goalkeeper in the 52nd minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Pablo Arnau could save by the left post. Pablo Arnau showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gabriel Sanchez in the 53rd minute of the match. With an all-out effort, JmV's Pablo Arnau threw himself towards the right post 56 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Luisito Isias, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Santiago Seber received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Pablo Arnau tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Pablo Arnau took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gabriel Sanchez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Alberdi FC's Pablo Arnau proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 72nd minute of the match, managed to save Alberdi FC from getting a goal against them. Santiago Seber could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 79th minute of the match, but Pablo Arnau made a huge save. Patricio Lander's late challenge caught a JmV's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Patricio Lander helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Alberdi FC getting a freekick after 79 minutes play. Patricio Lander hit a great ball. Pablo Arnau showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marciano Quilino, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. Santiago Sebers short, quick shot in the 86thth minute got Pablo Arnau to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gabriel Sanchez in the 87th minute of play forced Alberdi FC's goalkeeper Pablo Arnau to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Pablo Arnau made a fantastic save in the 89th minute, when Santiago Seber sent off a good shot on target. 93 minutes into the match, Alberdi FC's goal looked a bit too open when Marciano Quilino came free, but Pablo Arnau reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Florentino Nalo might have been able to make a better finish in the 94th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Pablo Arnau. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Florentino Nalo ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 95th minute Gabriel Sanchez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pablo Arnau saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. JmV's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
