With a couple of smart ball manuevers Rolando Checa in the 3rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Armando Ramos saved La Escuela De FrankFurt from getting behind. Felipe Ospin's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 5thth minute, Clayton Clayton skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Armando Ramos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Delmar Feliu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Rolando Checa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Victor Iigo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Armando Ramos read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 17th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Delmar Feliu's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Armando Ramos was relentless in the 20th minute of the game. Delmar Feliu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 23rd minute, Rolando Checa managed to get in a good position for a shot. C.A. Sporting's supporters rose to their feet, but Rolando Checa was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Armando Ramos breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 25 minutes into the game, Delmar Feliu cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Armando Ramos was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Israel Barbosa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 30th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 0-2 became the score in the 36th minute when Delmar Feliu elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. La Escuela De FrankFurt's Israel Barbosa got a good chance for a goal in the 39th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 43 minutes into the game, Tobias Ekain was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. La Escuela De FrankFurt's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave C.A. Sporting the free kick. Tobias Ekain kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. After the first half C.A. Sporting were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Israel Barbosa made the kick off in the second half. Armando Ramos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Delmar Feliu in the 52nd minute of play. Israel Barbosa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Clayton Clayton having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Delmar Feliu in the 60th minute of play forced La Escuela De FrankFurt's goalkeeper Armando Ramos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 62 minutes into the match, C.A. Sporting's Rolando Checa sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Armando Ramos narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 68th minute Felipe Ospin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Clayton Clayton saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Israel Barbosa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 72 minutes into the match, La Escuela De FrankFurt's goal looked a bit too open when Delmar Feliu came free, but Armando Ramos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, La Escuela De FrankFurt's Serafin Amaya got a free kick in the 75th minute. 76 minutes into the match, La Escuela De FrankFurt's goalkeeper Armando Ramos had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Rolando Checa. Ernesto Paz hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Victor Iigo during the 79th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 80 played minutes C.A. Sporting got a freekick which was hit by Victor Iigo. When Israel Barbosa came up free with the goalie in the 82nd minute, the La Escuela De FrankFurt fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Israel Barbosa couldn't finish the play. Rolando Checa came free with the goalkeeper in the 89th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Armando Ramos could save by the left post.
