In the 25th minute of the match, Alejandro Senon tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Joel Danel saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leon Lander in the 26th minute of play forced JmV's goalkeeper Joel Danel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. JmV's Joel Danel proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 27th minute of the match, managed to save JmV from getting a goal against them. The shot was stopped by Joel Danel but with some difficulty. The supporters of Parravicini FC booed when JmV was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Luisito Isias didn't get a good kick on the ball. Damian Rocio might have been able to make a better finish in the 39th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Joel Danel. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Damian Rocio ran back to his position shaking his head. Joel Danel didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Arnoldo Atarratze went, in the 40th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. If Florentino Nalo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 45th minute, Gabriel Sanchez made a precise shot to the right of Ovidio Egun. Parravicini FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Santiago Seber to strike the kick off in the second half. With an all-out effort, JmV's Ovidio Egun threw himself towards the right post 52 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Gabriel Sanchez, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 53rd match minute, JmV was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leo Laffitte to maneuver through the defense. Joel Danel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Florencio Ordono in the 54th minute of play. Joel Danel was left in no man's land by his defense there! 64 minutes into the match, JmV's goal looked a bit too open when Luciano Francho came free, but Joel Danel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Luciano Francho charged in rather forcefully in the 66th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Luciano Francho the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 66 played minutes Parravicini FC got a freekick which was hit by Luciano Francho. Florentino Nalo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 67th minute of the match, but Ovidio Egun made a huge save. When Florentino Nalo came up free with the goalie in the 73rd minute, the JmV fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Florentino Nalo couldn't finish the play.
