But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Freddy Rubio couldn't finish the play. Cristobal Lorenz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomas Pere in the 9th minute of play. After 10 played minutes Hydra got a freekick which was hit by Silvestre Astigar. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mariano Aztore in the 26th minute of play forced Hydra's goalkeeper Cristobal Lorenz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Echale FC booed when Hydra was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Silvestre Astigar didn't get a good kick on the ball. Echale FC's Cosme Reynardo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 29th minute of the match, managed to save Echale FC from getting a goal against them. The supporters of Echale FC booed when Hydra was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Freddy Rubio didn't get a good kick on the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Teodoro Ugutz during the 53rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Hydra's Silvestre Astigar got a free kick in the 90th minute. Cosme Reynardo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Teodoro Ugutz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the referee ended the match the Hydra players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
