Seating: 1720, VIP seats: 149) Bragado's Gilberto Estavan started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Emilio Sanduru hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. In the 14thth minute of the game Benjamin Elazar who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Bragado's Blas Ostadar was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Ladislao Aztore blasted a shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Melquiades Fiz having to make a save. In the 19thth minute of the game Benjamin Elazar who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Bragado's Blas Ostadar was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 24 minutes into the match, Imperio del Sur's Benjamin Elazar sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Blas Ostadar narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When Pascual Chuan fell near the penalty area in the 26th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Bragado's protests and gave Pascual Chuan a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Bragado getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Pascual Chuan hit a great ball. Bragado's Blas Ostadar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Benjamin Elazar in the 27th minute of play. Melquiades Fiz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Carmelo Gar, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. Blas Ostadar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Emilio Sanduru, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Benjamin Elazar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Blas Ostadar having to interfere. In the 34th minute Laureano Ralondo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Blas Ostadar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bragado's Ladislao Aztore pulled a muscle in his back after 35 minutes and couldn't finish the game. When Lucio Sansone fell near the penalty area in the 35th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Imperio del Sur's protests and gave Lucio Sansone a yellow card for diving instead. After 36 played minutes Imperio del Sur got a freekick which was hit by Lucio Sansone. In the 40th minute, Laureano Ralondo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The supporters of Bragado booed when Imperio del Sur was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fabricio Rubio didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 46 played minutes Bragado got a freekick which was hit by Pascual Chuan. The audience was convinced that Ruperto Gizon's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Blas Ostadar was relentless in the 47th minute of the game. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.
Carmelo Gar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 51st minute. Melquiades Fiz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Bragado's Gilberto Estavan got a free kick in the 53rd minute. Blas Ostadar came out of the goal in the 54th minute to try and stop a shot by Imperio del Sur's Benjamin Elazar. But to his dismay, Benjamin Elazar quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. 57 minutes into the game, Benjamin Elazar cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Blas Ostadar was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Benjamin Elazar in the 60th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Blas Ostadar prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Blas Ostadar stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Benjamin Elazar's shot from short distance in the 65th minute. In the 65th minute Cesar Gorri suffered a thigh injury and had to be helped off the field. Pascual Chuan got his second yellow card in the match during the 65th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. Imperio del Sur's Bernardino Tancredo was substituted for Cesar Gorri. Pascual Chuan hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Laureano Ralondo in the 69th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Blas Ostadar saved Bragado from getting behind. After a defensive mix-up in Bragado's zone, Benjamin Elazar stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Blas Ostadar came out of the goal and Benjamin Elazar tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some careless play in the Bragado defense, Benjamin Elazar kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Blas Ostadar. The Bragado fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Blas Ostadar should have stopped the shot. Lucio Sansone hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. Laureano Ralondo scored 4-0 in the 89th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Blas Ostadar, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Laureano Ralondo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Imperio del Sur had played much better football throughout.
