Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Delmar Roano kicked off to start the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 5th minute, Baldomiro Sidoro managed to get in a good position for a shot. Solo Vélez's supporters rose to their feet, but Baldomiro Sidoro was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Justino Orland breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 6th minute of the match, Clemente Koldo got a very nice opportunity to score, but Justino Orland was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. After some careless play in the Glorioso Expreso defense, Clemente Koldo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Justino Orland. The Glorioso Expreso fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Justino Orland should have stopped the shot. In the 17th minute, Delmar Roano got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 19th minute, Glorioso Expreso's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Clemente Koldo fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Cosme Ruy took the ball and in the 24 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Justino Orland. Justino Orland dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. In the 28th minute Cosme Ruy shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Justino Orland saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Osvaldo Luar didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Delmar Roano went, in the 30th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. Delmar Roano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Osvaldo Luar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A hard shot by Aristides Anaya from long distance, 42 minutes into the match, got Justino Orland's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

Justino Orland was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 80th minute Clemente Koldo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Justino Orland saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ceferino Satordi in the 86th minute of play forced Glorioso Expreso's goalkeeper Justino Orland to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Ceferino Satordi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Justino Orland made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Miguel Abalos in the 93rd minute of play. In the 96th minute, Clemente Koldo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Solo Vélez fans cheered their team off the field, for while Glorioso Expreso had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
