When Gogo Maidana fell near the penalty area in the 14th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Zaping Fc's protests and gave Gogo Maidana a yellow card for diving instead. Gogo Maidana hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. In the 22nd minute Sari Taiban shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Evaristo Garaona saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Amancio Qwinton made a fantastic save in the 25th minute, when Andres Jurgi sent off a good shot on target. Evaristo Garaona showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Emilio Harri in the 28th minute of the match. Evaristo Garaona took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sari Taiban, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 30 minutes into the match, Zaping Fc's goal looked a bit too open when Florentino Mantzio came free, but Amancio Qwinton reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Egbert Reitsma couldn't finish the play. Castaño AFC's Pablo Machado got a good chance for a goal in the 47th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.

After a rather tough play, Zaping Fc's Jonathan Argenis got a free kick in the 53rd minute. 54 minutes into the game, Castaño AFC's Andres Jurgi nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Amancio Qwinton made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. After 57 minutes, Sari Taiban mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Zaping Fc and the Castaño AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 61 played minutes, Castaño AFC's Aristides Florian shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Amancio Qwinton came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Castaño AFC reached it. Placido Sol sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Amancio Qwinton took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Andres Jurgi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Placido Sol hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. Egbert Reitsma's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Evaristo Garaona read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 74th minute of play. After 77 played minutes Zaping Fc got a freekick which was hit by Placido Sol. In the 79th minute, Jonathan Argenis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Florentino Mantzio in the 83rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Amancio Qwinton saved Zaping Fc from getting behind. Osvaldo Edwardo hit a great freekick 84 minutes into the match. A collision led to Zaping Fc getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Osvaldo Edwardo hit a great ball. Castaño AFC's Emilio Bastiaro got a good chance for a goal in the 87th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Amancio Qwinton showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Florentino Mantzio in the 91st minute of the match. Zaping Fc's Amancio Qwinton played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Florentino Mantzio in the 96th minute of play. Zaping Fc succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though Castaño AFC had controlled the match.
