But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Maximiliano Chico couldn't finish the play. Arnoldo Theodore might have been able to make a better finish in the 15th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Kristóf Vámosi. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Arnoldo Theodore ran back to his position shaking his head. CoTurq F.C.'s Kristóf Vámosi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arnoldo Theodore in the 20th minute of play. In the 26th minute Arnoldo Theodore shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kristóf Vámosi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Arnoldo Theodore blasted a shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Kristóf Vámosi having to make a save. Wilfredo Leguizamón kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. 47 minutes into the game, CoTurq F.C.'s Sebastian Isaio nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Marciano Diaz made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0.

In the 54thth minute of the game Maximiliano Chico who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but LaButteler's Marciano Diaz was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 56 minutes into the match, LaButteler's goal looked a bit too open when Amado Flores came free, but Marciano Diaz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 57thth minute of the game Maximiliano Chico who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but LaButteler's Marciano Diaz was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Marciano Diaz didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Amado Flores went, in the 59th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. Amado Flores received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Marciano Diaz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 66 minutes into the match, LaButteler's goal looked a bit too open when Maximiliano Chico came free, but Marciano Diaz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Zeledon Cruz blasted a shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Marciano Diaz having to make a save. Zeledon Cruz's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Marciano Diaz read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 67th minute of play. The supporters of CoTurq F.C. booed when LaButteler was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Wilfredo Leguizamón didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 72 minutes of play, CoTurq F.C.'s Maximiliano Chico made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Marciano Diaz was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 76 played minutes CoTurq F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Lorenzo Joey. Zeledon Cruz scored 4-0 in the 79th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Marciano Diaz, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Maximiliano Chico during the 82nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 82nd minute, Maximiliano Chico hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 84 minutes into the game, CoTurq F.C.'s Maximiliano Chico nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Marciano Diaz made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-0. Tiburcio Ebardo charged in rather forcefully in the 87th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Tiburcio Ebardo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 89th match minute, LaButteler was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alvaro Lehoi to maneuver through the defense. Marciano Diaz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sebastian Isaio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Evaristo Cutberto kicked well hit freekick during the 96th minute of the match. For all the effort they put into the match, the LaButteler players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for CoTurq F.C..
