In the 7th minute Norberto Telo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ambrosio Fero saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the Sapucai FC defense, Ciriaco Abeitia kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Nicolas Peyo. The Sapucai FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Nicolas Peyo should have stopped the shot. The crowd rose to their feet as Eugenio Fernendo kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Ambrosio Fero. That made the score 1-1 in the 14 minute of play. In the 18th minute, Ariel Naelio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Isaac Aguilera who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 26thth minute tested the skills of Ambrosio Fero when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After 28 minutes of play, Huyamampa's Ciriaco Abeitia made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Nicolas Peyo was left in no man's land by his defense there! Sapucai FC's Eugenio Fernendo got a good chance for a goal in the 35th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Desiderio Inge received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Ambrosio Fero tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Desiderio Inge's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ambrosio Fero was relentless in the 42nd minute of the game. Ambrosio Fero was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 45th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Ariel Naelio. After a defensive mix-up in Huyamampa's zone, Eugenio Fernendo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ambrosio Fero came out of the goal and Eugenio Fernendo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The Sapucai FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Huyamampa were winning 1-2.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Desiderio Inge stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Nicolas Peyo acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 52nd minute, took the ball on the long shot from Alejo Etxatxu. Nicolas Peyo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ciro Lopez in the 53rd minute. Sapucai FC's Desiderio Inge got a good chance for a goal in the 55th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Nicolas Peyo was out of position in the 59 minute of play, and Ciriaco Abeitia capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Ciriaco Abeitia really showed his touch with that goal: 1-3. Ciriaco Abeitia received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Nicolas Peyo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 67th minute, Desiderio Inge got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 70 minutes into the match, Sapucai FC's Desiderio Inge sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ambrosio Fero narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Nicolas Peyo was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Eloy Ledesma showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-4 in the 71 minute of play. A hard shot 75 in the game by Ciro Lopez from a close distance when the talented Nicolas Peyo managed to make a qualified save. Sapucai FC's players were relieved. A collision led to Huyamampa getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. Alejo Etxatxu hit a great ball. Eloy Ledesma kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. Federico Juvenal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eugenio Fernendo in the 83rd minute of play forced Huyamampa's goalkeeper Ambrosio Fero to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 87 minutes into the match, Sapucai FC's goalkeeper Nicolas Peyo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Fausto Atarrabi. Casimiro Galindo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Ambrosio Fero tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Desiderio Inge sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Huyamampa eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
