Hipolito Ibar made a fantastic save in the 6th minute, when Cristo Horado sent off a good shot on target. Cristo Horado received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. Hipolito Ibar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Higinio Ted might have been able to make a better finish in the 13th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Constantino Fidencio. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Higinio Ted ran back to his position shaking his head. Huaycama's Constantino Fidencio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Igor Quinito in the 21st minute of play. 27 minutes into the match, Igor Quinito notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Huaycama's Constantino Fidencio. Constantino Fidencio was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After a rather tough play, Albigasta AFC's Samuel Bernad got a free kick in the 33rd minute. Godfredo Inautzi's late challenge caught a Huaycama's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Godfredo Inautzi helped the player get up and apologised. In the 37th minute Eusebio Costante shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hipolito Ibar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Constantino Fidencio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Higinio Ted, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Albigasta AFC's Higinio Ted in the 42nd minute got a chance for a shot 42nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Huaycama's goalie prevented a goal. When Higinio Ted came up free with the goalie in the 44th minute, the Albigasta AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Higinio Ted couldn't finish the play. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Higinio Ted stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 67th minute the ball was on its way in behind Albigasta AFC's goalkeeper Hipolito Ibar, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Albigasta AFC's Hipolito Ibar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristo Horado in the 69th minute of play. Cristo Horado fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hipolito Ibar having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eusebio Costante in the 75th minute of play forced Albigasta AFC's goalkeeper Hipolito Ibar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 78th minute, Joel Delfino left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Albigasta AFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-3. After 90 played minutes Albigasta AFC got a freekick which was hit by Severino Abascal. After recieving a nice pass, Huaycama's Marciano Batista tried to score from far away in the 91st minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Higinio Ted sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The Huaycama fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Albigasta AFC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
